Follow along at home with this barre focusing on the upper body. The two main components of our upper body we will be working on is our port de bras (arms) and our epaulement (head, beck, and shoulder positioning).
This barre is for beginners who want to work more on coordinating the upper body and arms with the legs. However, I also give more options and variations for intermediate and advanced dancers to bring it up a notch. As always, tailor each exercise to your level and needs!
